Atchafalaya Golf Association Par 3 Challenge winners

The Atchafalaya Golf Association held its annual tournament Sunday, setting up every hole as a par 3. The format was flighted individual stroke play. Below are the winners.

Morgan City 9s, 11s begin state tourney action Friday

The Morgan City 9-year-old and 11-year-old All-Stars both will compete in the state tournaments for their respective age groups in Jonesboro, beginning Friday.

The St. Mary Central 8-year-old All-Stars will begin Dixie Youth AA State Tournament play in Ruston Thursday.
