St. Mary Parish's Most Wanted: New additions include men wanted on theft charges
MORGAN CITY, La. -- New additions to April’s most wanted list for St. Mary Parish include a 19-year-old man wanted on a warrant for theft of a firearm and a 51-year-old man wanted on warrants for two counts of theft more than $500, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of forgery.
Chance Boudreaux, 19, whose last known address is Jamie Court in Bayou L’Ourse, is wanted by the Morgan City Police Department on an outstanding warrant for theft of a firearm. Boudreaux is suspected of stealing four firearms on April 2 from a local business where he was employed, Police Chief Travis Crouch stated. Boudreaux is a white male, 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 212 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes, according to Crouch.
John Joseph Marchetti, 51, whose last known address is on Camp Street in New Orleans, is wanted by Morgan City police on an outstanding warrant for two counts of theft more than $500 for a total of $5,600, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of forgery. Marchetti is a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown and gray hair and green eyes.
On April 4, the owner of a local company came into Morgan City Police Department and stated several business checks were stolen. Morgan City detective division conducted an investigation and, through surveillance video, identified Marchetti cashing two of the stolen checks in the amount of $2,800 each. Marchetti is suspected to be homeless and may have changed his appearance since his last known photograph, Crouch stated.
Police are still trying to apprehend Brennan Norton Skinner, of Grace Street in Morgan City, who has been on the list since December, and is wanted on a warrant for simple escape. On Dec. 6, 2012, Skinner was in city court on trial and was sentenced to six months and 10 days in jail. A short time after being placed in custody by the courts, Skinner ran from the courtroom and was able to elude the city marshal.
Skinner is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his right cheek, left cheek and forehead.

Police located Julia Bailey in the Richland Parish Jail in Rayville after the March most wanted edition was published, according to Crouch. Morgan City police have a hold on Bailey.
Morgan City police are no longer looking for Richard Elvin Price, who was featured in January’s most wanted edition. The district attorney’s office recalled the warrant for theft more than $1,500 that Price was wanted on by Morgan City police, according to Crouch. The Daily Review reported the recall of the warrants for Price on April 2.
Ronald L. Robinson Jr., 31, whose last known address is East Highway 90 in New Iberia, is wanted for criminal damage to property and towing without a permit. Robinson is a white male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle.
Christopher S. Webb, 44, is wanted for distribution of cocaine. Webb is a black male, 6 feet tall and 205 pounds with brown eyes. Webb may be in the New Orleans area, according to LaSalle.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff
The sheriff’s office did not submit any new suspects for April’s most wanted edition. The sheriff’s office is still trying to apprehend Jamarcus Jerel Clark, 22, whose last known address is Orange Street in Morgan City, and is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
The sheriff’s office sent out a press release March 6 stating Clark was wanted on the warrant. Since that press release was sent out, the sheriff’s office has issued a second warrant for Clark on the charge of failure to notify law enforcement of a change of address as a sex offender. When Clark was featured in the March most wanted edition, Hebert believed Clark to be in the Morgan City area. Anyone with information on Clark’s whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Mary Parish Sex Offender Registration coordinator at 985-384-1622.
The sheriff’s office is still trying to find three other previously featured suspects, Belinda Ann Arceneaux, Andre Jones and Larry Dean Robertson Jr.

Previously featured suspect Randolph Joseph turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on April 9 after learning of the warrants for his arrest, according to Hebert.
Joseph D. Wade, who had been on the most wanted list since February and was wanted on a warrant for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, is being held at the Lafayette Parish Jail, and the jail has a hold on Wade for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, according to an employee at the Lafayette Parish Jail.
Police are still looking for David Fanguy of Dulac who has been on the list since October and is wanted by Berwick police for domestic abuse battery fourth offense. Fanguy was charged in connection with a Jan. 17, 2012, incident where a victim reported being assaulted in their home.
Shaneal Juwayn Williams, who has been on the most wanted list for Berwick police since September, was arrested by a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s deputy on two warrants from the sheriff’s office for issuing worthless checks. She was released on April 15 on a summons to appear in court, said sheriff’s office spokeswoman Traci Landry.
Landry said the sheriff’s office checks for outstanding warrants it may have on someone when it makes any arrest.
Williams is wanted by Berwick police for hit and run, improper backing and expired driver’s license from an Aug. 15 complaint of a hit and run accident at Bee Bee’s Seafood in Berwick.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard said that Berwick police contacted the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office on Thursday to attempt to locate Williams because her last known address is in Terrebonne Parish on Bayou Black Road in Gibson.
Richard said after attempting to locate Williams at her residence Thursday, Williams called Berwick police twice saying she was going to turn herself in and that she was getting her $1,500 bail money. As of this morning, Williams had not turned herself in, he said.

Police are still looking for previously featured suspect Tyrone Freeman. Freeman, of La. 87 in Franklin, was first featured in December, and is wanted for illegal possession of stolen things. Anyone with information may call Franklin police at 337-828-1716.
Police are trying to apprehend Reshimah Antoine and Alex Diaz. Diaz, whose last known address is Jolivette Street in Baldwin, is wanted on a warrant for hit and run driving regarding a 2011 incident on Main Street in Baldwin. Diaz has been on the list since January.
Antoine, whose last known address is Texas Street in Lake Charles, is wanted for criminal damage to property to a hotel room in March 2007. Antoine has been featured in the series since September.
