Wyandotte Elementary students enjoyed All Hallow's Eve by carving Jack-O-Laterns to reward positive behavior and outstanding effort in improving physical fitness. Line-Drive, an 11-year-old USSSA baseball team based out of Franklin played recently in a tournament held in Bayou Vista and placed second.

Central Catholic rolls past Gueydan, Morgan City, Berwick fall

Central Catholic was the lone winner on Friday night in Week 10 football action.
The Eagles closed out their District 7-1A season with a 41-14 victory at Gueydan High School.
