Dantzler resigns football post at Patterson High

Patterson High School football coach Marvin Dantzler announced that he is resigning his football post immediately. Dantzler, a Louisiana native, spent a year leading the Lumberjacks after returning to Louisiana from Booker T. Washington in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He

McCorkle wins national weekly kicking award

Keton breaks city series mark

Kenny Keton Jr., on Thursday in the Guys and Dolls League at Charlie's Lanes in Morgan City, shot an 869 series to break the city record of an 839 series he had set on May 25.
