Pelicans release partial ticket plans for 2014-15 season
The New Orleans Pelicans announced Wednesday that partial plans for the 2014-15 season are on sale at Pelicans.com.
Partial plans include two half-season and three 12-game plans, including the weekend plan, that start at $7 per game.
Half-season plans will include one bonus preseason game, while fans who purchase 12-game plans will receive a 14-game package, including two bonus preseason games.
Fans can select either the Superstar or Contender Package, which includes some of the top teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences, or the Weekend Package, which is highlighted by games on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Plans start at $185, and 12-game packages average two games per month, similar to the game schedule for Saints’ season ticket holders.
The Contender Plan is highlighted by a match-up with four-time NBA Most Valuable Player LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, while the Superstar Plan includes contests against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, as well as the Chicago Bulls.
Fans who select half-season plans will see each Western Conference opponent at least once during the season, attending three to four games per month. Half-season plans include an expanded benefits package and start as low as $150.
Plan holders also will have priority in purchasing playoff tickets before they go on sale to the public.
Fans can reserve their plan by placing their initial payment at Pelicans.com or by calling 504-525-HOOP.
