Police Reports 11-9-12

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

A male juvenile, age 15, was arrested Thursday at 8:51 a.m. at the St. Mary Alternative School on a charge of simple battery. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Carmelita D. Ferguson, 39, of 904 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:06 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. She was held on $7,154.

Blade Jared Jett, 23, of 128 Diane Lane, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 7:51 p.m. on a charge of license plate light violation and open alcohol container.

Also arrested was Gregory Keith Gober Jr., 24, of 2600 Sixth St., Berwick, on a charge of open alcohol container.

Both were released on summonses.

Amber Christina Benoit, 23, of Lafayette, was arrested Thursday at 9:41 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Lafayette Parish warrant charging her with criminal trespassing. She was held with no bond set on the warrant and issued a summons on the local charge.

Samantha J. Landrendeau, 20, of 2211 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 2:05 p.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of simple battery and disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was held on $1,250 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jaquincy Davon Mouton, 19, of Ninth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:12 p.m. on warrants charging him with second-degree battery requiring medical attention, simple battery and two counts of resisting an officer by flight. He was also charged with district court failure to appear warrants on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. No bond was set.

Deantre Ray Henry, 25, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:33 p.m. on warrants charging him with second-offense domestic abuse battery, two counts of flight from an officer, failure to appear on charges of damage to property, remaining where forbidden, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. He was also charged with second offense possession of marijuana at the time of arrest. No bond was set.

Chelsey Marquise Jack, 18, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:33 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by obscene language and interference with the duties of a police officer. She was also charged with a Patterson failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding, expired registration and expired inspection. She was held on $1,250 bond on local charges and no bond set on Patterson charges.

Kerry Lynn Guilbeaux, 39, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:12 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, simple burglary of a vehicle and possession of marijuana. He was also charged on a 15th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault and resisting an officer. He was held with no bond set.

Lela M. Coleman, 41, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:22 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and simple burglary of a vehicle. No bond was set.
