Patterson police arrest man on most wanted list

MORGAN CITY, La. -- A Patterson man who was wanted by Morgan City police on a warrant for theft of firearms was arrested Friday by Patterson police, according to Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch.

Chance Boudreaux, 19, of Patterson, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. Friday at the Patterson Police Department on a warrant for Morgan City police for theft of firearms. Boudreaux was identified as a wanted person for the Morgan City Police Department on Friday in April’s most wanted story in The Daily Review.

Boudreaux was located by Patterson police and arrested on the warrant. He was transferred to Morgan City police and taken to the jail, where he remains awaiting bail.

Boudreaux was arrested after an investigation by Morgan City police detectives identified him as a suspect in the theft of several firearms from a Morgan City resident, Crouch stated.
