Trailing 32-26 entering the fourth quarter, Patterson outscored Morgan City 28-17 in the final quarter.

The Patterson Lumberjacks started their season off with a 73-57 victory against Jeanerette Tuesday.

No. 7 seed Patterson will meet No. 10 Loranger in Class 3A regional rematch

No. 7 seed Patterson High School will meet No. 10 seed Loranger High School in Class 3A regional round action at Patterson High School Friday.
