1st student graduates from online program

Janette Driskill is the first full-time student to graduate from the St. Mary Parish Schools Virtual Learning Program.

Hero added to Fallen Warriors Wall

Wreaths were placed Monday at the Fallen Warriors Memorial in Morgan City to honor soldiers who died in service to the country. From left, Fallen Warriors Memorial Co-Chairman Marc Distefano and Louisiana Marine Corps League Commandant David Martin stand by a wreath bearing the name of Marine Corps Pvt. Donald Ray Anthony Roberton of Patterson. Roberton’s name recently became the 68th name to be added to the memorial, which honors Tri-City area soldiers who were killed in wars.
