Morgan City’s soccer team traveled to face Lakeshore on Friday with the girls losing and the boys finishing tied.
Lakeshore’s girls were dominant against the young Lady Tigers, winning 10-0.
“We really didn’t have any chances on goal, Lakeshore kept up the pressure and just controlled the game,” MCHS coach Trevor Patterson said. “Lakeshore is a very good team, and I know they will be in the top five at the end of the season.”
The loss drops the Lady Tigers record to 0-2.
The boys fared better finishing tied 1-1.

Tonight both teams will take on H.L. Bourgeois with the girls set for a 5 p.m. kickoff and the boys starting at 7 p.m.
