Berwick High School defeated Ellender 3-0 (25-11, 25-20, 25-16) in volleyball action in Berwick Monday. Berwick had 12 aces and six blocks in the win.

For the second week in a row, Morgan City dominated its opponent with another resounding win, securing a 70-6 homecoming victory Friday against the Cohen College Prep Green Hornets.
Berwick High School picked up its second straight victory this season and opened District 8-3A with a win as the squad topped Franklin 26-12 Friday.
