A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at 2 p.m., at the Church of the Assumption for Hazel Theresa Robicheaux Hines, who passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013, at 6:20 a.m., at the Franklin Health Care Center. Fr. Billy Ruskoski will celebrate the Mass. Interment will be held Wednesday, at 1 p.m., at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

Hazel was a native and resident of Franklin and a former longtime resident of Houston, Texas. Prior to moving back to Franklin, she was employed by Bond Clothiers, Co. of Houston, where she received “Top Salesperson” awards on numerous occasions. She was 93.

Survivors include one sister, Martha Robicheaux Olivier Gentry; one brother, Morris Baldwin Robicheaux; as well as numerous nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Hines; her parents, John B. Robicheaux and Birdie Stelly Robicheaux; one brother, Willie John Robicheaux; one sister, Nolia Robicheaux; and one niece, Arlene Norris.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday at the Church of the Assumption, from 12 p.m. until time of Mass, with the rosary being prayed at 1 p.m.
