Judah Dazzling Diamond Dancers – JD3 – of St. Mary Parish need the support of their community as they compete for the No. 1 spot as finalist to be on the hit television dance show “Bring It!”

Berwick High School softball standout Jordan Lipari’s signing of a softball scholarship to Millsaps College Wednesday at Berwick High School is “special” to her and her family.
The Franklin Rotary Club and the Franklin Garden Club were the sponsors for the Jan. 14 city cleanup. Target areas included Teche Drive, the rear of the courthouse, the Teche Theater and Franklin Supermarket area.

Catholic Daughters of the Americas

At the August meeting of Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Massabielle, members were recognized for perfect attendance. Recipients pictured are Pat Autrey, Sundra Deshotel, Veronica Governale, Betsy Grizzaffi, Marian Jones, Marguerite Landry, Angela Mire, Mary Rentrop, Denise Ritchie, Betty Rulf and Marie Swiber.
