Art and wine connoisseurs communed Thursday night for an Artrageous time at The Frame Shop & Gallery Coffee in Morgan City.
Carnival time began Thursday as Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church presents “A Community A-Fair” on Teche Drive.
Today at 5 p.m. family night begins with food, games and music.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:

When the sugarcane harvest in Louisiana started in late September, growers were harvesting upright stalks, enjoying exceptional sugar recovery levels and fighting dusty conditions in the field.
