Police Reports 8-4-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Victor Moctezuma, 40, of 1484 Prairie Road Circle, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:22 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated second degree battery. No bond was set.
Tony Kaufman, no age given, of 812 Magnolia St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 4:49 p.m. on a San Patricio County, Texas warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.
Jessica E. Hotard, 34, of Youngsville, was arrested Friday at 7:29 p.m. on charges of reckless operation and flight from an officer She was released on $5,000 bond.
Jade May, 21, of 411 Mike Drive, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 12:18 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Jalon Jenkins, 21, of 120 Yellow Bayou Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:41 a.m. on a charge of second offense possession of Schedule I drugs. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Brandon Mitchell, 32, of 1017 Woodview Court, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 6:45 11:11 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond is set at $200,000.
Jason LeBlanc, 37, of 133 Lagonda Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 6:45 p.m. on charges of violating the parish leash law and vicious animal ordinance. He was released on a summons.
Casey David, 36, of Boutte, was arrested Sunday at 6:34 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
John K. Buck, 27, of 266 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, was arrested Sunday at 9:29 p.m. on a charge of failure to appear. No bond was set.
Veronica Lynch, 39, of 116 Shannon St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 10:33 p.m. on a warrant charging her with domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jameon Jack, 32, of Ibert Street, Franklin, Friday at 12:32 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer. No bond was set.
Jody Stoll, 39, of Sanders Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:47 a.m. on a Michigan warrant charging Stoll with failure to pay child support and was held on $11,523 bond.
Nicholas Anderson, 21, of John Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 12:18 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana and a failure to appear warrant on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting an officer by flight. No bond was set.
Melvin Swancy, 35, of A Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:50 p.m. on charges of unsafe vehicle, suspended driver’s license, careless operation, open alcohol container and three counts of resisting with force. No bond was ste.
John Finnister V, 21, of Chris Lane, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 2:47 p.m. on charges of illegal possession of a prescription drug. No bond was set.
Five persons were arrested by Franklin police after a report of “a vehicle driving carelessly and throwing fireworks.” All were charged Friday at about 10:30 p.m.
Payten Killebrew, 19, of Palfrey Street, Franklin, was charged with underage alcohol possession, open container and careless operation. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Dustin Rogers, 19, of Cypress Street, Franklin, was charged with underage alcohol possession and released on $500 bond.
Bryce Ronsonet, 18, of La. 182, Patterson, was charged with underage possession of alcohol and illegal discharge of fireworks and released on $1,000 bond.
Kameron Clements, 19, of La. 87, Franklin, was charged with underage possession of alcohol and released on $500 bond.
Alex Chauvin, 18, of Oak Street, Franklin, was charged under age possession of alcohol and released on $500 bond.
