Police Reports 8-26-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jasmine Young, 22, of 1402 Joseph St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 10:58 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery and held with no bond set.
Scott Treadway, 50, of 110 Naquin St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 6:46 p.m. on charges of second offense DWI and improper lane use. He was released on $7,500 bond.
Kelli Pyle, 31, of 101 Willow Bend Road, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 8:29 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of ignoring a stop sign, no child restraint and DWI, and a warrant on charges of simple battery, simple criminal damage to property and theft. No bond was set.
Dezin Young, 42, of 742 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, Saturday at 7:09 p.m. on charges of third offense DWI, speeding, failure to signal, suspended driver’s license and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Tammy Triggs, 44, of 1101 James St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 7:29 p.m. on a charge of open alcohol container and released on a summons.
Denia Bonilla, 32, of 603 Pines Lane, Lot 1, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:12 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Hebert reported the following arrests Saturday night:
Mikayla Rock, 18, of 196 Shady Grove, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on a charge of allowing an unlicensed person to drive and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. Rock was released on $1,250 bond.
Damarcus McNeal, 17, of 326 Cardinal Drive, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and was held on $1,000 bond.
Ryan Boudreaux, 18, of 212 D Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and was released on $1,000 bond.
Ryan Bowman, of 442 Lagonda Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and was released on $1,000 bond.
Callen Richard, 17, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and license plate light required and was released on $1,500 bond.
Jayd Adams, 17, of 712 Kelly Drive, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on charges of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.
A juvenile male, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 10:53 p.m. on charges of possession of Focalin with intent to distribute, possession of Desyrel with intent to distribute and violation of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle travelling on Southeast Boulevard without a license plate light and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Richard and six other occupants in the vehicle. The deputy learned that Rock owned the vehicle and allowed Richard to operate it without a driver’s license. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy located multiple pills in the juvenile’s possession and a glass pipe containing what appeared to be marijuana residue in Adams’ possession.
Jessica Everage, 33, of 4352 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 2:42 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear. No bond was set.
Nicholas Levison, 24, of 1805 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 7:13 a.m. on charges of open alcohol container, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Logan Charpentier, 22, of 1533 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:32 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Nicole Benedietto, 30, of 151 Uranus Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 9:06 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding and unlighted license plate. Bond was set at $7,500.
Dicie Fulks, 30, of 5901 La. 182, Ricohoc, was arrested Monday at 11:53 a.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery and was released on $5,000 bond.
Justin Scarbrough, 22, of 1232 Delmar Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 11:33 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of direct contempt of court, seatbelt violation and failure to honor a written promise to appear. Bond was set at $100.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Gregory Oubre, 17, of 142 Shady Grove, Patterson, Friday at 11:26 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor and in a drug free zone. He was released on $6,500 bond.
A juvenile male, 15, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 11:26 a.m. on a charge of underage possession of tobacco and was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Christian Marcel, 35, of 202 Kathleen St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 3:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Alaysha Stevens, 17, of 100 Hendrick St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 9:05 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. She was released on $3,000 bond.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Brandy Martin, 30, of Charenton, Monday at 3:10 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.
