St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
John Austin III, no age given, of 216 Clausen Road South, Verdunville, was arrested Wednesday at 6:25 a.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $5,000 bond.
Tommy Holt, 30, of Houston, Texas, was arrested Wednesday at 11:09 a.m. on a Taylor County, Texas warrant charging him with theft. No bond was set.
Kevin Verret Jr., 34, of 1203 Clement Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:31 a.m. on a parole violation warrant and held with no bond set.
Benjamin Landry, 31, of Pierre Part, was arrested Wednesday at 11:09 a.m. on an Assumption Parish warrant on a charge of criminal damage to property and theft. No bond was set.
Devin W. Vining, 20, of 102 Griffin Court, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 11:21 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of failure to comply with drug court. Bond was set at $100,000.
A juvenile male, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 8:46 p.m. on charges of three counts simple assault, resisting an officer, disturbing the peace and criminal damage to property. He was held in a juvenile facility.
A female juvenile, 14, of Baldwin, and a juvenile female, 14, of Four Corners, were arrested today between 12:48 a.m. and 2:25 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Yvette Sparrow, 30, of 518 Big Four Corners Road, Four Corners, was arrested in the same incident at 2:25 a.m. on charges of simple battery and resisting an officer. She was held on $1,500 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Donald Richard Jr., 33, of Grand Prairie, Texas, Wednesday at 5:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, third offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Rivers Tabb, 17, of Charenton, Tuesday at 4 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Mario Williams Sr., 34, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Wednesday at 6:38 p.m. on a Third Ward Court bench warrant and was also charged with no insurance and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was released on $1,750 bond.
