St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Michael Everitt Jr., 37, of 539 Clark Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:19 a.m. on failure to appear warrants charging him with revocation and a warrant charging him with three counts of child desertion. No bond was set.
Quincy Toups, 33, of 1301 First St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 10:58 a.m. on charges of attempted simple burglary and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
Caitlyn Brooks, 19, of 3231 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 1:20 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and was released on a summons.
Amanda Hottle, 38, of Estes Park, Colorado, was arrested Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant for revocation and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Alan Granger, 24, of 304 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. on charges of assault on a police officer and battery on a police officer. No bond was set.
Thomas Thompson, 40, of 2809 First St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 6:56 p.m. on a failure to appear for revocation warrant. Bond was set at $11,560.
Destry Webber, 48, of 221 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 1:38 p.m. on charges of criminal abandonment. Bond was set at $7,500.
Richard Giroir, 54, of Gibson, was arrested Wednesday at 10:21 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and held on $2,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of John Finister, 21, of Chris Lane, Centerville, Wednesday at 5:03 p.m. on charges of second offense domestic abuse battery, possession of Clonazepam and Alprazolam, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of minors, child restraint violation, disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language, improper parking and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Myeshai Robinson, 35, of Bud Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:12 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft over $500 and was released on $1,000 bond.
Sharisse Kirt, 21, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:20 p.m. on a warrant charging her with disturbing the peace by fighting and was released on $250 bond.
