Police Reports 5-27-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile female, 15, of Patterson, was arrested Friday at 8:58 a.m. on a charge of ungovernable juvenile. She was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Shanna L. Johnson, 38, of 237 Clausen Road, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 9:22 a.m. on warrant charging her with telephone harassment and was released on a summons.
Jaron P. Ourso, 18, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 10:02 a.m. on charges of driving on divided highways, failure to change driver’s license address within 10 days, possession of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $4,000 bond.
Dylan T. Barrios, 21, of Labadievile, was arrested Friday at 10:02 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on $3,500 bond.
Martha Bordelon, 54, of 376 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Friday at 10:02 a.m. on a warrant charging her with telephone harassment and was released on a summons.
Alexander Salgado Perez, 41, of Mobile, Alabama, was arrested Friday at 11:52 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and held on $500 bond.
Robert R. McMichael, 22, of 1321 Arbor Circle, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:49 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and failure to honor a written promise to appear. He was released on $334 bond.
Taylor Murphy, 19, of 151 Green Leaf Blvd., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 9:08 a.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $3,500 bond.
Nicholass Grimmett, 33, of 134 South Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 9:08 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and released on $2,500 bond.
Angela McKenna, 45, of 104 Donna St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 11:21 a.m. on a warrant from Mobile County, Alabama charging her with failure to appear for drug court. No bond was set.
Ronald Winslow, 54, of Siracusa, was arrested Saturday at 7:06 p.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of trespassing and failure to pay fine. No bond was set.
Bonnie Dupre, 25, of 633 Arenz St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 10:29 p.m. on issuing worthless checks warrants and was released on a summons.
Norma Ramirez, 34, of 607 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 2:57 p.m. on a leash law violation and released on a summons.
Gavin Brown, 18, of 173 Cherokee St., Charenton, was arrested Monday at 1:47 a.m. on a charge of second degree battery and was released on $7,500 bond.
A male, 15, of Centerville, was arrested Monday at 11:17 a.m. on a charge of theft of a motor vehicle, no driver’s license and ungovernable juvenile. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jonathan Diggs, 23, of 163 Roys Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:54 p.m. on a Patterson warrant charging him with simple assault and was released on $250 bond.
Irving Phillips Jr., 29, of 1110 Lee Charles St., Franklin, was arrested today at 1:05 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer by flight, carjacking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A deputy travelling on La. 182 in Franklin observed a vehicle with inoperable brake lights and no license plate lights and conducted a traffic stop. As the car came to a stop, a male subject exited the vehicle with a shotgun and fled on foot. The deputy pursued the subject while giving loud verbal commands to stop. The foot pursuit continued on Cayce Street and then onto Lee Charles Street where the subject fled into a nearby wooded area. With the assistance of Franklin Police, a perimeter was established. The subject, identified as Phillips, was located at a residence on Lee Charles Street. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Phillips entered the car with the shotgun without the permission of the driver. There were two other occupants in the vehicle at the time Phillips got into the car. No one was injured during the incident which remains under investigation at this time. The deputy transported Phillips to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Vickie Lightfoot, 24, of Ninth Street, Franklin, Sunday at 2:29 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. She was released on $4,000 bond.
Jewels Madison, 31, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:29 p.m. on charges of third offense possession of marijuana, second offense possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. No bond was set.
Kearney McDaniel, 24, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:12 p.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Nathaniel Cummings, 20, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Monday at 9:45 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and warrants from East Baton Rouge Parish charging him with home invasion, aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a weapon in a gun free zone, false imprisonment and armed robbery. He posted $2,000 on the local charge and is held awaiting transfer.
Lysander Williams, 45, of Banner Drive, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:23 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Stefanie Boudreaux, 42, of Jeanerette, Saturday at 6:45 p.m. on charges of hit and run, driving under suspension and no insurance. She was released on a summons.
