Police Reports 5-20-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jose Sanchez, 17, of 137 John St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:24 p.m. on charges of theft of goods, resisting an officer by giving false information and underage possession of alcohol. He was released on $1,750 bond.
Blaise Lott, 17, of 115 Oak Drive, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 5:24 p.m. on charges of theft of goods, resisting an officer by giving false information and underage possession of alcohol. He was released on a recognizance bond.
Kevin Koczen, 23, of 147 Moon Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 3:04 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and open alcohol container. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Dylan Freyou, 21, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 6:22 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released on $5,000 bond.
James E. Franks, 60, of 518 Prairie Road North, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 10:10 a.m. on charges of speeding and possession of Schedule I drugs. He was released on a summons.
A juvenile male, 14, of Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 6:41 p.m. on charges of unauthorized use of an access card as theft, simple criminal damage to property, theft and simple battery. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Centrell Howard, no age given, of 1016 Cypremort Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:48 p.m. on a warrant charging him with resisting an officer and released on $1,000 bond.
Hector Munoz-Serrano, 62, of Gibson, was arrested Saturday at 11:03 p.m. on charges of reckless operation, open alcohol container and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.
Ciro Perez Mayorga, 39, of 722 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 1:25 a.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation, hit and run and no driver’s license on person. No bond was set.
Iris Lopez, 19, of 125 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:19 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on a summons.
James Jones, 28, of 1409 First St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 6:12 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer with force, domestic abuse battery, simple criminal damage to property, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.
Monica Hebert, 25, of 103 3 B’s Lane, No. 13, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 6:12 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, aggravated battery, resisting an officer with force and domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Shantell N. Soto, 26, of 539 Arcemont Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 3:10 p.m. on a charge of theft and released on a summons.
Moses Marks Jr., 53, of 338 Sorrell Railroad Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 1:51 a.m. on charges of speeding, resisting an officer by giving false information, driving under suspension and resisting with force. No bond was set.
David McDonald, 50, of 3163 La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was turned over to Franklin police and later released on $10,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Keia K. Johnson, 37, of 416 Camille Drive, Patterson, Friday at 12:40 p.m. on a warrant charging Johnson with distribution of Schedule III drugs. No bond was set.
Jadi G. Williams, 25, of 721 Arlington St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 1:34 p.m. on a warrant charging her with distribution of marijuana and Schedule III drugs. No bond was set.
Treylon Jenkins, 20, of 1710 Guyther St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 1:59 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the presence of illegal narcotics and a warrant on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the presence of illegal drugs. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Dennis Bordelon, 54, of Verdun Lane, Verdunville, Monday at 10:25 a.m. by the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Gerald Sophus, 24, of Samuel Street, Franklin, and Shontranice McDaniel, 19, of Anderson Street, Franklin, were arrested Monday at 10:33 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Sophus was released on $357 bond and McDaniel on $250 bond.
Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Clarence McBride Jr., 46, of 102 T.J. Hatcherson St., Baldwin, Saturday on charges of unauthorized entry of a place of business and theft. No bond was set.
Jeremy Lee Butler, 27, of 4076 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Sunday on charges of entry or remaining where forbidden, disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting arrest and simple assault. No bond was set.
Morgan City Police Chief Michael Banks reported that Jonathan J. Arcemont, 43, of Eisenhower Street in Franklin, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. Friday on charges of improper turning, possession of Schedule II cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of Schedule III Xanax, possession of Schedule III Lortab, possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription for Viagra, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal carrying of a weapon. No bond was set.
