Police Reports 4-21-14

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kanisha Gradley, 19, of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:53 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by loud and abusive language. She was released on $250 bond.
Megan Parker, 22, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:46 p.m. on a charge of simple criminal damage to property. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Matthew Trosclair, 27, of Florida St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:19 a.m. on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Nathaniel T. Hawkins Sr., 42, of 609 Egle St., Morgan City, Thursday at 7:40 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. He was released on $3,500 bond.
Cotina Batiste, 31, of 506 Williams St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 11:57 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of vehicle insurance fraud. She was released on a summons.
Brandon Lopez, 19, of Dickinson, Texas, was arrested Thursday at 3:46 p.m. on charges of open alcohol container and stop sign violation and was released on a summons.
Damarcus McNeal, 17, of 326 Cardinal St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 5:56 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Juan Feliciano IV, 19, of 924 Cherry St., No. 2, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 12:28 a.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden, disturbing the peace intoxicated, smoking in a public building, threatening a public official and two counts of resisting an officer. He was released on $4,250 bond.
D’Juandranque Diggs, 23, of 638 Eighth St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:50 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
Abel Terrell, 19, of Abbeville, was arrested Saturday at 3:40 a.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and illegal use of a weapon. He was released on $9,500 bond.
Destiny Landry, 38, of 320 Carol Road, Apt. 4, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 4:17 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to comply with the terms of probation. She was held on $30,000 bond.
Germany Broussard, 34, of 519 Leona St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 3:21 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on traffic offense charges. No bond was set.
Ricky Collins, 56, of 119 Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 6:54 p.m. on a charge of aggravated second degree battery. No bond was set.
Deidre Blanchard, 49, of Scott, was arrested Sunday at 1:47 a.m. on charges of careless operation, DWI and possession of Schedule IV drugs. No bond was set.
Wayne Lagarde, 31, of 211 Shivers St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 12:32 p.m. on a charge of violation of the parish vicious animal ordinance. He was released on a summons.
Linda Lange, 50, of 2112 Hebert St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 8:32 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting an officer by refusing to give information and misrepresentation during booking. No bond was set.
Gerald Crooks, 52, of 372 Degravelle Road, Amelia, was arrested today at 1:22 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and held with no bond set.
Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Robert Pigg, 21, of Carthage, Miss., early today on charges of possession of Schedule III drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Anuar Medina-Rojas, 21, of 1188 Lake View Drive, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 7:37 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Darlene Wilson, 27, of 301 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 9:27 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule II, III and legend drugs. She was released on $4,500 bond.
