Police Reports 3-18-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Earl Butler, 48, of 308 Coma St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 10:13 a.m. on a warrant charging him with parole violation. No bond was set.
Demarcus Mcbride, 26, of 102 T.J. Hatcherson St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 11:44 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of second degree battery. No bond was set.
Christopher Singleton, 28, of 154 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 1:37 p.m. on charges of fourth offense domestic abuse battery, theft of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was also charged with failure to appear warrants on charges of seatbelt violation, no driver’s license, domestic abuse battery, simple battery, expired inspection sticker, driving under suspension, improper display of license plate, failure to secure vehicle registration, no insurance, disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, simple criminal damage to property and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Kenneth Allen Jr., 47, of 109 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 11:05 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Dimas Renteria, 42, of 220 Amelia St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 2:02 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Elton J. Pinn, 30, of 145 Chirpy’s Lane, Amelia, Tuesday at 4:25 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and two counts of resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Floyd Polidore Jr., 30, of St. John Street, Franklin, Monday at 8:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with no seat belt and no driver’s license. He was released on $285 bond.
Earl Otis, 50, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace. He was held on $250 bond.
Brian James, 34, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:49 p.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of aggravated battery. No bond was set.
