Police Reports 3-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:
Tyler Brewer, no age given, of 400 Louisa St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 4:25 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of simple battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
Darrel Williams, 55, of 1238 West Ibert St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:43 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.
Jonathon Conner, 34, of 414 Henry St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of a Schedule II drug and failure to appear warrants on charges of failure to yield, simple criminal damage to property and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Jensy Ortiz, 36, of 120 Chenault St., Lot 2, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:39 a.m. on charges of improper lane use and DWI. He was released on $2,750 bond.
Crystal Broussard, 36, of 152 Greenleaf St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 3:33 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks and was released on a summons.
Brittany D. Martin, 25, of 3004 Lizabeth St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 9:34 a.m. on a probation violation warrant. No bond was set.
Byron Williams, 36, of 465 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 11:22 a.m. on a charge of hit and run and released on a summons.
Jamie Martin, 27, of 724 Prairie Road North, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 11:38 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Brenda Calderon Magana, 23, of 125 Diana Lane, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 6:39 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. She was released on a summons.
Jeffery Leon, 44, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 9:16 p.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with domestic battery. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Alland E. Spence, 33, of Houma, Friday at 7:02 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and Schedule II and IV drugs. No bond was set.
Brian Derouen, 26, of 1224 South Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 12:50 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute and traffic signal violations. He was released on $25,250 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Nettie Willis, 23, of Canal Drive Franklin, Friday at 4:46 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods under $300. Willis was released on $1,500 bond.
Gregory Boykins, 23, of Wall Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:17 p.m. on charges of four counts of monetary instrument abuse and also a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
John Lousalot, 29, of Cayce St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:01 p.m. on a charge of attempted vehicle burglary. No bond was set.
Reggie Ireland, 26, of Augustine Maze Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with no turn signal, no insurance and no child restraint. He was released on $415 bond.
Clarence Clark, 45, of Hamilton Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 6:57 a.m. on warrants charging him with second degree robbery, aggravated kidnapping, simple criminal damage to property, second degree battery with medical attention, attempted second degree murder and reckless operation of a vehicle. He was reportedly riding in a vehicle with another person and struck the owner several times. He then allegedly sped away and later crashed into a curb.
No bond was set.
