Police Reports 2-3-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jaquita Johnson, 24, of 604 Cleveland St., Patterson, and Kedesha Scott, 19, of 521½ Bush St., Amelia, were arrested Friday at 2:13 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. Both were released on summons.
Andronique Lemons, 23, of 1504 Main St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.
Edwin Calloway, 32, of 428 Idaho St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 9:09 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, open alcohol container and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
A 16-year-old male, of Belle Rose, was arrested Saturday at 12:49 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Sidney Elair, 55, of 8509 U.S. Frontage Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:58 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, battery on an officer, resisting with force and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Hilton Abraham Jr., 41, of 307 Picket Lane, Charenton, was arrested Sunday at 8:26 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II drugs, fourth offense possession of Schedule I drugs and speeding. No bond was set.
Joseph Lumpkin, 50, of 121 Martin Luther King St., Frankiln, was arrested Sunday at 8:10 p.m. on charges of third offense possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule I and II drugs. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Ernest Otis, 51, of Franklin, Friday at 10:18 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of urinating in public. He was held on $271 bond.
Wade Phillips, 28, of Orphan Home Road, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 2:24 p.m. on charges of felony theft, forgery and unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.
