Police Reports 2-25-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ronald Boutte Sr., 36, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 2:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family and held on $21,411 bond.
Dontrielle Harris, 22, of 416 Tabor St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:48 p.m. on a charge of theft and a failure to appear warrant on charges of theft and parole violation. No bond was set.
Gather Lewis, 50, of 517 Pellerin St., Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 8:44 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace and remaining where forbidden. Bond was set at $1,500.
Jeremy D. Williams, 32, of Jennings, was arrested Monday at 8:47 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of driving under suspension, loud music and resisting an officer. He was held on $3,500 bond.
Hebert also reported that a man wanted for his alleged involvement in a Garden City burglary was arrested by Eunice Police over the weekend. Ricky Tate Jr. was wanted for simple burglary after he reportedly broke into a warehouse on La. 182 in Garden City. The investigation began on Dec. 18. Among the items taken were power saws, copper pipe and brass fittings. He was being held in Eunice for St. Mary.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jacoby Cooks, 20, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Monday at 1:10 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Todd Holly, 22, of Bayou View Drive, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:12 p.m. on a 3rd Ward City Court failure to appear warrant on charges of expired inspection sticker, suspended driver’s license, no license plate and no insurance. He was released on $585 bond.
Brandon Garrison, 23, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:33 p.m. on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $1,296 bond.
