Police Reports 12-4-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Justin Carpenter, 31, of 1505 Cross Road, No. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 12:22 p.m. on a charge of cruelty to animals. He was released on a summons.
Destanie Daigle, 23, of 420 Duke St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $1,500 bond.
Ryan W. Lodrigue, 20, of 116 Riverview Road, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $750 bond.
Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Derrick Parker, 37, of New Iberia, Monday on charges of second offense DWI, reckless operation, speeding, resisting an officer by force and flight and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Blane Boatman, 28, of Sterling Road, Franklin, Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with speeding and no driver’s license. He was released on $304 bond.
Jessie Webb, 26, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:33 p.m. on fugitive warrants from St. Charles Parish. No bond was set.
Blaine Green Jr., 22, of Josephine St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:08 p.m. on a charge of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Darwin Wiggins, 37, of Gum Point Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:14 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer and bringing contraband into a jail. He was also charged on warrants with charges of speeding, resisting an officer, switched license plate, no insurance, no registration and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, as well as a non-support failure to appear warrant from Lafayette Parish. No bond was set.
Officers responded to Martin Luther King Boulevard in the First Street area regarding a fight.
Arrested was Alice Charles, 23, of Third Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 2:57 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and inciting a riot. She was released on $750 bond.
Randranique Williams, 22, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, franklin, was also arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and inciting a riot. She was released on $750 bond.
