Police Reports 11-15-13
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Olivier Tyler, 23, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 8:52 a.m. on charges of reckless operation and no driver’s license on person. He was released on a summons.
Barbara L. Fraley, 48, of 1232 Delmar Avenue, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 2:51 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.
Billy R. Bentley, 50, of 2748 Sixth St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 2:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with felony forger and monetary instrument abuse. No bond was set.
Breanne Bogan, 17, of Charlotte Drive, Patterson; Dewayna Jones, 17, of 1512 Plum St., Patterson; and Lakesha Renee Griffin, 18, of 508 Taft St, Patterson, were arrested Thursday at 7:53 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. All were released on summonses.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Hien Son, 46, of New Iberia, Thursday at 4:30 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Bernard Jackson, 26, of Anderson Street, Franklin, Thursday at 7:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks and off road vehicles. No bond was set.
Darren Holmes, 54, of Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 3:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft, and he was additionally charged with possession of marijuana and third offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $4,500 bond.
