Morgan City police report 1,539 complaints in May
Morgan City police responded to 1,539 complaints in May, according to a police department news release.
Included in the complaints was the investigation of 58 traffic accidents.
The accidents involved three cases of driving while intoxicated, but resulted in 16 injuries and no fatalities.
