How safe is your deer stand?

With many bow hunters taking to the woods across the state this week, there still are plenty of others preparing for the upcoming primitive weapon and regular gun seasons later this month.

Alligator season has begun

For an animal that was once on the brink of extinction, it’s hard to believe the State of Louisiana now has a wild alligator population estimated to be some two million and growing.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
That is, of course, unless you’re talking about setting waterfowl regulations.
