Enola Mary Boudreaux
Enola Mary Boudreaux, 85, beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, entered into the glory of her eternal life on Monday, June 13, 2011, at her residence in Brownsville, Texas, surrounded by her loving family.
Enola was born on Dec. 21, 1925, in Morgan City, and moved to Brownsville in 1949. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She will be profoundly missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Left to eternally treasure her memory are her loving husband of 66 years, Wallace J. Boudreaux; her children, Carlette Boudreaux Hebert and husband Howard, W.J. Boudreaux Jr. and wife Mary, Penny Loupe and husband Bobby; daughter-in-law, Alma Boudreaux; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Enola was preceded in death by her son, Michael Boudreaux; a daughter, Charlette Boudreaux; two grandsons, Bobby Loupe Jr. and Morgan Boudreaux; and two sisters, Daisy Boudreaux and Pat Comeaux.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011, at Twin City Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2011, at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Enola will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery.
